Tell us how the part will be used
Include overall dimensions, quantity, material preference and the purpose of the model. If a part must fit another component, identify the mating features and important dimensions.
Before printing
- Provide an STL, STEP or other supported model file.
- Confirm the intended size and units.
- Identify cosmetic surfaces and critical features.
- Describe any temperature, load or environmental requirements.
The suitable process, material and finishing scope are reviewed for your model. A visual prototype does not automatically demonstrate the performance of a final production part.
