Frequently asked questions
Is a 3D model alone sufficient?
A 3D model helps with the initial review. A dimensioned technical drawing is also needed for critical tolerances, surface specifications, threads and material details.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Achievable tolerances depend on geometry, size, material and machining method. We do not promise the same precision for every part without reviewing its drawing.
Can I request a quotation for one part?
We can assess single-part and prototype enquiries. Please specify quantity, as setup and programming affect unit costs.
Are heat treatment and coating included?
Specify these operations in the drawing or enquiry if required. The quotation states which operations are included and which are assessed separately.
