Frequently asked questions
Which file should I send?
You can send an STL or STEP/STP file. Include the model’s actual dimensions, units and, if available, a technical drawing showing critical dimensions.
Can you print in 3D from a photograph?
A photograph alone is not a directly printable file. Any required modelling or measurement work is assessed separately.
Can a printed part be used in production?
Suitability depends on the load, temperature, environment and selected material. Clearly state whether you need a visual model, an assembly trial or a functional part.
Is the price calculated only by weight?
In addition to material quantity, we assess printing time, geometry, support requirements, quantity and additional operations.
